pandoc failed to install on latest pull

pandoc failed to install on latest pull

I'm building pandoc on windows 7.
With the latest pull I'm getting the following error:

$ cabal --force-reinstalls install
Downloading the latest package list from hackage.haskell.org
Resolving dependencies...
Warning: Note that reinstalls are always dangerous. Continuing anyway...
[1 of 1] Compiling Main             ( 
dist\dist-sandbox-a567e0e3\setup\setup.hs,

hsb2hs.exe: --version: openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)

pandoc-1.15.0.4 failed during the configure step. The exception was:
ExitFailure 1
pandoc-citeproc-0.7.2 depends on pandoc-1.15.0.4 which failed to install.

git pull and try again -- I think I've fixed this.
