Well, after reading the issues, I think my request is quite different.
What I want is: when one uses the option --defaults=path/to/defaults, the path is added into the searching paths.
As in defaults file, there are fields like include-in-header which contain filenames. I usually put those files together with the defaults file(as a group of config), and I hope the group can be easily moved to other paths or even another computer without changing the defaults file.
