Would it better search resources under the path where defaults file is?

I use --defaults to specify some defaults file, in which I have some filenames ininclude-in-header. I put those files together with the defaults file under the same path. I really hope the path is searched by default without setting resource-path.

Well, after reading the issues, I think my request is quite different.
What I want is: when one uses the option --defaults=path/to/defaults, the path is added into the searching paths.
As in defaults file, there are fields like include-in-header which contain filenames. I usually put those files together with the defaults file(as a group of config), and I hope the group can be easily moved to other paths or even another computer without changing the defaults file.

For example, here is my pathA/defaults.yaml
```
...
include-in-header: ["input.txt"]
...
```
If parhA was added to searching paths by --defaults=pathA/defaults, I could move defaults.yaml+input.txt to another computer/path, only changing the --defaults option.
