Error by building from the latest pull

I'm building pandoc for Windows 7. By compiling from the latest pull,
using the command 'cabal --force-reinstalls install', I'm getting:

After searching the rest of the dependency tree exhaustively, these were the
goals I've had most trouble fulfilling: pandoc, doctemplates

It will build with cabal v2 commands or with stack.
Because a special dev version of doctemplates is being
specified, it won't currently build with old cabal.
