Due to a need for disk space, and a lack of use of 
the rc mail archives,  the rc HTMLized mail archive
will no longer be available at :

	http://cooper.edu:9000/rc/


The online version will still be available via ftp at:

	ftp.sys.utoronto.edu

in directory:

	/pub/rc/
