Subject: 9term scrolling

Does anyone have some simple advice and/or diffs on how to improve the
scrolling speed in 9term?  Scrolling is not an issue in sam, when you want
to study one page at a time, but 9term is dreadfully slow (and jumpy),
particularly in comparison to xterm.
