Subject: setting sam's font

I've had good luck putting

	samterm*font: fixed

in my X resources file, or by feeding that line into xrdb:

echo 'samterm*font: fixed' | xrdb -merge

(the '-merge' is important, as otherwise xrdb will assume you want to
set all your resources and helpfully delete everything else...)
