Subject: gcc -fno-builtin
Date: Tue, 24 Oct 1995 14:02:16 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <swordfish.814559054@minster.york.ac.uk> (raw)
The Makefiles which come with sam have traditionally mandated the
-fno-builtin flag for gcc to stop it creating special versions of some
functions. Does anyone know the reason behind this? Does gcc generate
bad code without the flag? Does anyone have a stable version of sam
compiled by gcc without this flag set?
-Mark.
