I definitely prefer UTC over localtime, and have my system's clocks set
to UTC anyway, so I'm personally not that much interested.  I cannot
promise acceptance of a patch, but if this feature is added to svlogd,
it should be provided through the -ttt option I think; the documentation
should prominently mention the drawbacks of localtime timestamps.
