 Vincent, s4 is not even released yet, so don't go out and reveal my secrets
to the list ! :P

 That's normal behaviour. conf-compile/ is where you set options and flags.
compile/export/ is where the build system writes its "real" options. See
package/prepare for details.

 s4-0.10 has a build-time dependency to execline, which you probably haven't
installed (or with a different prefix).
