Just got the following from Dick Haight, original author of the bs
language. He's looking for the C source. If you know where to find it,
respond to Dick. He might enjoy this Society. He's been around for a very
long time. -- jpl

Hi. Still here. I recently reconnected with Vicki Rosenthal via linkedin.
Fun. On YouTube a while back I commented with DrDave who had done a video
about my forgotten language bs. It was distributed with AT&T system 3 and 5
but not with research dists. I’d kind of like to play around with bs again.
Any ideas where C source might be found?
D.H.

Current AIX (AIX 7.2 and 7.3) still ship /usr/bin/bs (and /usr/bin/sno also) and include man pages.
I have several versions of bs - mostly from various System V (from SysVr2/NS32K, SysV/68k, and INTERACTIVE UNIX) trees from the 80s and 90s, and an IBM version from 1994.
Look here for a representative earlier version from SunOS 3.4:
https://github.com/calmsacibis995/sunos-34-src/tree/master/usr.bin/bs.gone
Proper licensing is of course up to you.
