Well, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6sh097Dk5k paints a less rosy
picture of ARM. Maybe RISC-V will succeed.
It's a bit dated and very off topic but http://www.cpushack.com/CPU/cpu.html
makes interesting reading.
