I, for one, am happy to see some off-topic stuff.   The people on this list, for the most part, represent a way of looking at the world that is,
sadly, rather uncommon these days.   I enjoy looking at more contemporary events through those eyes, and musing on the changes that
have taken place...

Using the system-provided mail tool was a stupid decision, and one I managed to avoid with the browser &c, but it's too late now.
