Are you sure that peter honeyman wrote "Pathalias" and not "pathalias"? 
He seemed to have an aversion to using his shift key.

He actually wrote it as, "PATHALIAS _or_ The Care and Feeding of Relative
Addresses". Plenty of shift to go around. :-)
