Pardon the quality and host, not in a place to do a more thoughtful scan an= d archival right now.=C2=A0 That was in a stack of documents I received som= e time ago, thrown in with stuff like V6 and KSOS manuals, some BSD docs, e= tc. so I presume it's also "official" fare.=C2=A0 That and no= commercial indicators (TMs, copyrights, etc.)

Let me know if that link doesn't work and I'll try and find my scan= ner and do it properly (scanner is MIA apparently...)
