Subject: [TUHS] > Who asked Ken for grep?
Date: Thu, 18 Nov 2021 18:26:45 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAKH6PiVVTT0s8ua3pto2iMSrgO4-S0r9mu9rt6iLUq4DLXr_Dw@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

I can say unequivocally that I asked Ken for grep, and the next day it
was in /bin.

But ...

I understand now that grep already existed in /usr/ken/bin. My request
was the last straw that tipped the balance from private to public.
Hopefully Ken can answer whether he made it originally for himself or
for Lee.
