I also have a personal alias "xd" (eXchange Directory) that is short for the tcsh & bash sequence "pushd !*; cd .", allowing easy jumping back and forth between pairs of directories, with updating of prompts and window titles. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Nelson H.
