[TUHS] Marc Rochkind's article on SCCS has been published

The March 2025 issue of an IEEE journal has published Marc Rochkind's
article on SCCS. TUHS list members discussed a draft version of the

I've been trying to find out if there's actually a paper copy of
Transactions on Software Engineering, but have been unable to. Perhaps they
went to all digital (PDF) a while ago? Does anyone know?

On the IEEE web site the subscription options are electronic only.
