I can't remember it all, but I want to say you start with "ffmpeg -i filename.mp4 flnm%04d.png" I usually use Avisynth on Windows together with ffmpeg to do the opposite, because it has ImageSource(), but I suppose ffmpeg can do it by itself too. -uso.
