I'm curious what your thoughts / plans are on migrating email.

I /think/ that TUHS (and presumably COFF) is using Mailman 2.x which I 
believe is dependent on Python 2.x.  Are you going to be migrating to 
Mailman 3.x / Python 3.x?  Or are you going to go a different direction?
