Oww, what a can of worms this ZFS business appears to be!
Is [this Phoronix report](https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=ZFS-On-Linux-0.7.13-Released) on the release of ZFS On Linux 0.7.13 (claiming support for Linux 5.0) any reason for hope in this regard, or is it now a matter of a waiting game for one of the parties to budge and give in? I sure hope I can hold my breath for that long :)
