### Expected behavior
Load it and use it to play midis

### Actual behavior
Incorrectly set permissions that makes it so you have to `chmod +r` the file for it to be readable by a normal user

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Install it and try to play midis using it with timidity or audacious.
