Description: xbps-src: repair `bootstrap` target on musl hosts, improvements.
    
  - `xbps-src bootstrap` now works in musl hosts.
  - `xbps-src bootstrap` will only use local repos, never remote.
  - `xbps-src bootstrap` installs `base-chroot` pkg once it's built.
  - multiple cleanups in xbps-src, simplify code.
  - base-chroot: unified for glibc and musl, `base-chroot-musl` removed.
  - base-chroot: does not bootstrap the `gcc-ada` pkg anymore. See this issue to know why.
