Packages:
kaccounts-providers-19.04.3_1
signon-plugin-oauth2-0.24_1

Expected behavior
- Install of kaccounts-providers

### Actual behavior
xbps-install refuses to install kaccounts-providers-19.04.3_1 because it doesn't want to overwrite a file prevously installed by signon-plugin-oauth2-0.24_1. 

Error message:

ERROR: kaccounts-providers-19.04.3_1: file `/etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/www.facebook.com.conf' already installed by package signon-plugin-oauth2-0.24_1.
Transaction failed! see above for errors.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
sudo xbps-install kaccounts-providers
