mp3info: split gtk and ncurses executable
Currently gtk+ and dependencies are installed if I install `mp3info` which is undesired.

`gmp3info` and `mp3info` are don't depend on each other.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/13295.patch is attached
