versioning of python-rfc6555 is strange. [pypi](https://pypi.org/project/rfc6555/) states `0.0.0` (top) as well as `1.0.0` (bottom), while the [github page](https://github.com/sethmlarson/rfc6555/commit/1a181b432312731f6742a5eb558dae4761d32361) doesn't have any tags at all...
