Update riot-desktop to v1.4.2
I adjusted the template and deleted the patch needed for electron5-incompatible versions (pre- vector-im/riot-web#10392).
All other code is unchanged as I am not an expert on electron and javascript stuff.

Result runs fine on my T400.
