Definitely going to do that do it all together in the future. I figured it would be easier to split it up, but it  seems considerably more messy to do it this way rather than everything at once.

I'll go ahead and open PRs for the mutter, etc. Should they be tagged with [skip ci] since they still can't be merged or..?
