This is something you have to do locally, the web ui is no good for things like this. Generally the workflow would be:

1. If you didn't do it already, add the URL to this repository as an additional remote:
2. Fetch the new remote
3. rebase your branch on top of the upstream master branch
4. Interactively rebase and select the commits to squash
5. Force-Push to your fork to update the PR
