For the cross errors add
```
build_helper="qemu"
```
to the template. It allows cmake to execute the test binary inside qemu.

Split it into a `mariadb-connector-c` package with the library, probably also the plugins and the headers into a `mariadb-connector-c-devel`. The `/usr/bin/mariadb_config` is probably also for the devel but idk .
