There are - there is also a case of bsdtar not being in the [c-i musl builders](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/18372#issuecomment-575928754), but I suppose that is logical in a transition...
I do not know if having bsdtar and gnu tar as alternatives (similar to awk) is possible...
