Depends on: #18428 
I added new required dependencies: gtk-layer-shell and scdoc and also disabled the new meson build option "systemd" as Void Linux runs runit (it was enabled by default and the package couldn't be compiled).

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/18430.patch is attached
