nfs-utils: update to 2.4.3

Description:
With the update to version 2.4.2 nfs-utils stopped working for me on my i686 installation. However, the issue had been solved upstream already, so I’ve been using and testing version 2.4.3 since RC5 (for about two weeks now) without any problem (on i686).

The patches removed had been applied/fixed upstream.
