I agree that the rustup-provided completions are better. Still, there is an issue with xbps arbitrarily overwriting files since both packages use the same path.

I looked this up more, and vendor completions should be installed to `/usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d` according to the [fish docs](https://fishshell.com/docs/current/#where-to-put-completions).
