You're right.
I have the NOPASSWD exeption/rule(?) set for halt, zzz etc. like it is described in the wiki here:

I didn't think about the fact, that the "sudo zzz" process would just stay around if you don't add the rule in the sudoers file.
Would there be any issues with xbps just changing the line manually after installing?
If not a wiki entry showing you, how to do that, would probably be a better way.
