I cloned their repository and ran `./makeicecat` to create a tarball `icecat-68.6.1-gnu1.tar.bz2` which I put on [my distfiles servers](https://distfiles.voidlinux.de/icecat-68.6.1/icecat-68.6.1-gnu1.tar.bz2).

Now I'm trying to build it yet I don't see where I could get the `i18n` files from or how to generate them. I guess we need to get rid of the `*.xpi.sig` downloads and use `firefox-esr-i18n` files also for `icecat`, just in another location in the tree.
