Looks like there are two issues with this one:

1. The license isn't in [the approved list of licenses](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/common/travis/license.lst). This is kind of a hard one to figure out, seeing as the LPPL-1.3c, GPL-2.0-only, and GPL-2.0-or-later licenses could all be applicable depending on if you trust older templates or the texlive website. I'd advise talking to the maintainers on IRC.

2. The commit message isn't in-line with [the contributing guidelines](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#committing-your-changes), but you can just fix that when you change the license.
