With `restricted=yes`, having this branch merged on master or using my local branch would make little difference to me.
So I think that this pr should only be merged if people are interested by it. But since it is trivial to install burp, maybe it is not the case.

Also out of curiosity, do you know how distributions like black arch, kali linux or parrot os include them ? Do they have special agreements ?
