As a side-note, in the template, the license is said to be ` license="GPL-2, GPL-3, LGPL-2.1, LGPL-3"`
Shouldn't it be [GPL-2](https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/blob/master/COPYING.GPLv2)?
