Is there a way to get the other ngspice package to build both the executable and the shared libraries?

We might be missing some other `--with` flag to get binaries as well. I'd prefer if this went into the `ngspice` package. Since you are deleting the includes and library files, it should be possible to update the current template to include everything.

Also, the name `-bin` tends to indicate a pre-built package, which isn't the case here.

From the config step of the current template:
```
No X display!
ngnutmeg ngsconvert ngproc2mod ngmultidec ngmakeidx nghelp are not made.
```
Further changes to the template that I'd make would be `--enable-openmp`.

Comment:
From the `INSTALL` document:
--with-ngshared
This option let you compile ngspice as a shared
library or dll, allowing an application controlling
ngspice. This option excludes using --with-x or
--with-wingui. Useful additional options are
--enable-xspice --enable-cider --enable-openmp.
No graphics inetrface is provided, this has to be
handled by the controlling application.
I'm not sure why these are mutually exclusive.

As for the executables:

There is an updated pull request by mamins1376 against master on the void-packages repository
https://github.com/mamins1376/void-packages new/ngs-bin
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/22496
New package: ngspice-bin-32
`ngspice` package itself only contains shared library version, and doesn't provide a way to execute ngspice scripts. This package compiles ngspice without `--with-ngshared` flag and contains only binary and it's manpage.
Original `ngspice` package is neither a dependency of this nor conflicts with.
A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/22496.patch is attached

I tried to do this, but at final linking it goes ```undefined reference to `omp_set_num_threads'```. Tried with both `libgomp` and `libomp`

One way could be digging into `configure.ac`, figuring out what objects are affected by corresponding flags, and building them twice. Unfortunately I'm no expert at neither autoconf nor xbps-src's multipackaging.
