[WIP] TeXLive
I have been working on this for a while now.. it is still not quite complete, but is getting there.

pdflatex works.
I have removed conflicting files from one of the packages.

Still TODO for runtime tests:

- [ ] luatex
- [ ] luajittex
- [ ] xetex
- [ ] bibtex
- [ ] dvi*
- [ ] pythontex
- [ ] various utilities
- [ ] variety of fonts/packages from each texmf package

Still TODO for building:

- [x] LuaJIT needs fixing on ppc64. @q66 will do that
- [ ] ???
- [x] `nostrip` and `nodebug` for texmf packages to speed up build times?
