I have the same issue with ArchLinux latest.When I open the sddm settings,the system log shows

Couldn't load plugin "kcms/kcm_sddm" : "The shared library was not found."  -- falling back to old-style loading from desktop file.
```
I can't sync the theme and fonts settings in the SDDM setting tab.Even though I have changed the default language,SDDM still shows English.
