Hmm.. there is something wrong with muffin, still. The *missing* *.gir (i.e. the ones with just `-0` instead of `-1.0`) files are installed in `/usr/lib/gir-1.0/`. Looks like these files should be fixed in muffin, i.e. moved to `/usr/share/gir-1.0/`.
