Added a udev rule that adds aliases for the modem device nodes in `/dev/` (the default nodes are `ttyUSBX`, can't be identified without using `lsusb` or similar), sourced from https://github.com/dreemurrs-embedded/Pine64-Arch/blob/master/PKGBUILDS/pine64/danctnix-eg25-misc/90-modem-eg25.rules
