cmon? when you do large updates involving my patches, how about actually pinging me about it so that i notice? especially when switching to bundled libvpx, which completely breaks things with the patches (i did not do the switch on a whim, it has an actual purpose considering bundled libvpx has special build bits setting it up for every architecture, and not using bundled libvpx avoids adding like 4KLOC into the patch)

we could've just updated libvpx to 1.9, and then built chromium against it

this is highly frustrating for me, now i'll have to put in extra effort to get this fixed, and all that would've been avoided if you just added me to reviewers or mentioned me
