[zr][zr] is essentially `man-pages` for StackOverflow data. It allows you to make a local copy of StackOverflow and search through it. This is something [so][so] doesn't do.
I think the best argument against merging this is how much more apparently active [so][so] development is than [zr][zr]. Granted, it's conceivable for [so][so] to add this capability in the future.
