Are you simply installing libreoffice-draw or libreoffice as a whole ? 

I have found that sometimes , libreoffice-<part> depends on other parts, for example libreoffice-calc by itself wont work , it get's me the stack 6 error. It seems to depend on libreoffice-write. 

And if you simply installed libreoffice-draw , you need one of the libreoffice-i18n-* packages.
