You need to revbump / update all wlroots dependants. Afaik Wayfire isn't compatible with this version of wlroots yet.

I'm not sure we should be in a hurry, I'd like to see the wlroots 0.12.0 update already pulling in the relevant seatd stuff. We now have a good reason to merge the seatd PR.
