Description:
mumble fails to compile on ARM (at least on Travis) due to missing header `libspeechd.h`, however that should already be provided by `speech-dispatcher-devel` on which building of the package depends (and **on x86 / x86-64 it correctly is**). Affects #26252 .

Since I really don't know how to fix this and nobody on IRC had any idea either, I am putting it here so that the existence of this issue is at least recorded somewhere.
