There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

influxdb: update to 1.8.3.

Description:
I believe `influxdb>=2.0` requires some manual intervention when upgrading from `<2.0`, so I'm not sure if we want to bump to `2.0` just yet. In the meantime, this is the latest `1.x` version.

I've also installed the man pages.
